"Your life is a direct result of the choices you make. If you do not like your life, then it is time to start making different choices."

"We do not see things as they are, we see them as
we are."
Tonya believes that her sole purpose in life is to help others! She has been helping others through training and education in the health and wellness industry for over 13 years by giving people an environment of openness, a place to ask questions and to be curious, and to encourage and empower individual and collective growth.

Professionally, she has been educating people through health, fitness, and wellness programs over the last 10 years.

Tonya is a BSN Registered Nurse, a Life and Health Coach, and Nationally Certified Personal Trainer. She has developed and trained hundreds of clients all over the world to achieve their holistic health, personal and professional goals.

However, it has not always been a smooth ride for Tonya. From the age of 7, Tonya has been dealing with and overcoming traumatic experiences and obstacles. She could have used every bit as an excuse to not be successful, but instead chose to use the negative experiences as a way out and a way to turn not only her life around; but to put an end to familial cycles.

Tonya believes she has been blessed in all of her experiences for many reasons. Foremost, she believes that she was given the difficult path in order to help others through theirs. She has turned many negative and traumatic experiences into fuel to become more positive, to teach people about love, understanding, personal accountability and acceptance.

Her goal was to not become a statistic of her circumstances and now to teach and empower others to do the same.

Since 2005, Ms. Nanthavong has been able to help educate others in areas close to her heart; such as exerise and nutrition, childhood obesity, work/life balance, entrepreneurship, PTSD, and her personal favorite overcoming adversity.

Her skills have been fine-tuned through a unique blend of experiences of one-on-one and group training seminars, coaching, writing and also her love of interactive speaking engagements.
In 2014, she founded a non-profit organization called MY Mobile Health in her grandmother’s memory to fight for those who do not have a voice in our healthcare system.

She has since become a published author of “101 Life Lessons: Things I Want My Children to Learn the Not-So-Hard Way” and “Lessons in Love: The Ebb and Flow of Intimacy”.

Tonya engages in the community by impacting people as a public servant in a holistic way as a nurse and also through speaking engagements, MY Mobile Health sponsored health and wellness events, kids camps, homeless shelter and other community initiatives.
